Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring a Facilities Coordinator at Tai Seng to coordinate repairs with electricians, technicians and the Building Maintenance Manager, and to perform CCTV and security system checks.

The role requires a Diploma in Facilities Management or related field, with at least 1 year of experience, strong MS Office skills, and good time management and communication abilities. Working hours are 8:30am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of facilities management/administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs with electricians, technicians and the Building Maintenance Manager.
• Perform regular CCTV checks on company buildings and shops.
• Handle security systems such as biometric and CCTV.
• Coordinate repairs with contractors and vendors for buildings and shops.
• Manage tenants' maintenance and repair requests.
• Handle related administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
