Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a facilities liaison to coordinate repairs, supervise security systems, and manage tenant maintenance across our buildings and shops. The role interfaces with electricians, technicians, and the Building Maintenance Manager, ensuring smooth operations on site.

The candidate will handle CCTV checks, biometric/security systems, vendor coordination, and related admin tasks, with a focus on timely responses and efficient problem solving.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field is required, with at least 1 year of facilities management and administrative duties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time management and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs with electricians, technicians and the Building Maintenance Manager for our facilities, buildings and shops.
• Perform regular CCTV checks for Company buildings and shop outlets.
• Manage security systems such as Biometric and CCTV systems.
• Coordinate building and shop repairs with contractors and vendors.
• Manage tenants and their maintenance and repair requests.
• Handle administrative duties related to the above requests.
• Take on any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
