The candidate will perform maintenance inspections, supervise contractors, and manage customer service requests. A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience is necessary. Candidates with FSM or similar certifications will have an advantage. The position is under a 2-year contract with a salary ranging from $2,800 to $3,000 monthly, requiring flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
