Job summary

Aplus Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a competent Construction Site Supervisor to act as the technical adviser on site for subcontractors and the workforce. You will ensure specifications, manage materials, and coordinate with consultants and planners to keep work flowing.

You will lead day-to-day site activities, supervise labour, plan work, oversee quality, health and safety, and quickly resolve technical issues to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniques
• Engineering background with construction site experience (3+ years)

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives
• Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
• Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities to meet deadlines
• Oversee quality control, health, and safety matters on site
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
