• Enforce strict safety protocols, especially for high-risk rope access and drone operations.
• Ensure all facade inspections meet local building codes, aviation laws, and industry standards.
• Plan and manage the inspection timeline, allocating resources for fieldwork and data analysis.
• Approve flight paths and ensure the Drone Operator has the necessary permits and clear weather.
• Verify that all rope access equipment is certified and technicians are properly anchored.
• Consolidate visual data from drones and hands-on findings into one database.
• Evaluate the severity of cracks, leaks, or structural issues reported by the field team.
• Review and finalize the comprehensive facade inspection report for clients or city authorities.
• Present the final findings to building owners and recommend needed repairs or maintenance strategies.
