Job summary

MEINHARDT FACADE TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD is seeking a civil engineering professional to lead facade inspection and A&A project management, coordinating with the Team Leader on local and overseas jobs.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering, 3 years of facade inspection experience, ability to read shop drawings, and strong skills in ACAD and MS Office, with excellent English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/Buildings or related discipline.
• Familiarity with different facade systems and ability to read façade shop drawings.
• Proficient in ACAD and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Team Leader in managing façade inspection and investigation works.
• Review façade shop drawings and manage façade A&A projects.
• Carry out façade inspections on local and overseas jobs.
• Prepare reports for submission and attend site meetings.
• Resolve technical problems during design and construction stages.
