LEADS SPECIALIST SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Facade Inspection Supervisor to oversee inspection teams, enforce safety protocols for rope access and drone operations, and ensure compliance with building codes and aviation laws.

You will plan schedules, coordinate drone flights, and consolidate findings into client-ready reports. The role involves certifying rope access equipment, managing field data, and presenting actionable repair strategies to building owners and city

Responsabilidades

• Team Oversight: Lead and coordinate the inspection team, ensuring all roles work seamlessly together.
• Safety Management: Enforce strict safety protocols, especially for high-risk rope access and drone operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facade inspections meet local building codes, aviation laws, and industry standards.
• Project Scheduling: Plan and manage the inspection timeline, allocating resources for fieldwork and data analysis.
• Drone Flight Coordination: Approve flight paths and ensure the Drone Operator has the necessary permits and clear weather.
• Rope Access Supervision: Verify that all rope access equipment is certified and technicians are properly anchored.
• Data Synthesis: Consolidate visual data from drones and hands-on findings from the Facade Inspector into one database.
• Defect Assessment: Evaluate the severity of cracks, leaks, or structural issues reported by the field team.
• Report Generation: Review and finalize the comprehensive facade inspection report for clients or city authorities.
• Client Advisory: Present the final findings to building owners and recommend necessary repair or maintenance strategies.
