Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Fab Process & Equipment Engineer in Singapore to lead process start-up, development, optimization, and yield improvements.

You will tackle complex manufacturing issues, perform RCA with SPC/DOE, and coordinate equipment/material evaluations while liaising with suppliers to achieve best-in-class yield and cost performance. Apply AI literacy to improve operations and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
