Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor process steps, Statistical Process Control, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with DOE, data analysis tools, MES, and MS Office.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good analytical, documentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able and willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process performance and production indicators to ensure consistent and stable operations.
• Collect, organize, and analyze process data to support engineering decisions and problem-solving.
• Support troubleshooting of process issues, defects, equipment deviations, and production excursions.
• Perform preliminary engineering assessments in real time and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Identify root causes and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in process optimization, yield improvement, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support validation, qualification, and change implementation activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Integration, and Equipment teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor process control charts and react to out-of-control or out-of-spec conditions.
• Support disposition decisions for affected material, including scrap, rework, or release decisions when applicable.
• Assist in shift handovers and communicate open issues to the engineering team.
• Support training activities and provide procedural guidance to operators and new team members.
• Carry out additional engineering tasks as assigned by supervisors or senior engineers.

Education

Minimum Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
