Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Operator to join the manufacturing team at our Singapore site. You will analyze machine utilization, maintain production efficiency, and support a safe work environment while embracing AI-enabled tools to drive improvements.

Qualified candidates have a relevant diploma or higher with exposure to semiconductor processes, and are self-motivated, growth-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights.
• Able to apply digital literacy and AI tools responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine utilization and drive quality output.

• Collaborate with Equipment engineers to ensure equipment availability.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

As part of the manufacturing team, you will be -

• Responsible for analyzing machines utilization, improving and ensuring quality output.
• Maintain overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations
• Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards.
• Work alongside Equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet stringent product requirements.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment andcomplying withorganizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement byidentifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Requirements:

• A relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering OR equivalent working experience
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and looking for growth
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with doing 12-hr shift (including night shift).
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency androle‑appropriate AIliteracy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
