Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing team member to analyze machine utilization, improve output quality, and maintain efficiency across assigned workstations.

Candidate will support safety procedures, collaborate with Equipment engineers to ensure equipment availability, and embrace AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and decision-making. Shift work, including night shifts, is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and growth-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with 12-hour shifts including night shifts.

Responsibilities

As part of the manufacturing team, you will be -

• Responsible for analyzing machines utilization, improving and ensuring quality output.
• Maintain overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations
• Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards.
• Work alongside Equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet stringent product requirements.
• Demonstrates willingness to adopt AI-enabled ways of working with ability to apply digital tools, dashboards, automation solutions, and AI assistants (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, quality monitoring, and decision-making is advantageous.

Requirements

• A relevant Diploma in Engineering OR equivalent working experience
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and looking for growth
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with doing 12-hr shift (including night shift)
