Job summary

Tenya Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic F&B crew supervisor to oversee both service and kitchen teams at our outlet. You will coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

You will answer questions about the menu, take takeaway orders at the counter, handle payments, prepare packaging, stock supplies, and maintain sanitation across service and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about menu items and serve customers at tables or counter
• Handle the cash register to take takeaway orders, accept payment and give change
• Prepare packaging for takeaway orders
• Stock and replenish supplies at the service areas, and refill condiments
• Clean and sanitize service areas including work surfaces, cupboards and storage areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
• Dish-washing duties
• Any other duties delegated by Store Manager from time to time
• Help to wash, peel and prepare basic food items
• Prepare meals items - including tempura, noodles, deep-fried starters, etc
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators and storage areas
• Clean floors and kitchen work areas; perform other duties as part of kitchen crew
• Remove and clear kitchen garbage
• Dish-washing duties
• Any other duties delegated by Store Manager from time to time
