JAPAN FOODS ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. is looking for a customer‑minded service professional to join our front-of-house team in Singapore. You will greet guests, present menus and explain promotions, take orders, prepare drinks and desserts, and ensure a smooth dining experience.

You should be energetic, cheerful and a strong team player, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting and adapt to shifts including weekends and public holidays. WSQ Food Hygiene certification and POS knowledge are a plus.

Formación

• Minimum GCE N-Level or ITE qualifications.
• Able to perform split shifts and work on weekends and public holidays.
• With F&B experience is an asset but not essential.
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers with smile all the time.
• Pleasant and cheerful personality, energetic and team player.
• Willing to learn and has passion for service industry.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment.
• Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate.
• Knowledge in POS system

Responsabilidades

• Propertable setting including setting up items
• Replenish supplies such as serviette, table ware and refill condiments
• Usher customer to their table
• Present menus to customers, inform customers of promotional items and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
• Taking customers' order and prepare drinks and dessert to customer
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take them to kitchen for cleaning
• Perform cashiering at times
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
