Job summary

The Japanese Association, Singapore is hiring a Part-time F&B Service Crew to support daily restaurant operations at our Singapore location. Weekday shifts pay SGD 12 per hour and Weekend shifts SGD 15 per hour.

You will welcome and seat guests, take orders, serve meals, clear and reset tables, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and accurate payments using POS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient outlet operations and maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with management to support JAS and guest satisfaction.
• Greet and seat guests, take orders, and deliver food.
• Keep dining area clean and reset for next guests.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen.
• Handle payments including cash and POS.
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff and management for smooth operations.

2. Work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of JAS and the satisfaction of guests.
3. Welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders and serving food to guest. Clear tables efficiently after guests leave and reset for the next customers.
4. Keep the dining area clean and well-maintained throughout the shift.
5. Communicating orders effectively to the kitchen.
6. Handle cash, credit cards, POS machine and other forms of payment.
7. Collaborating with other staff members, such as servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure efficient operations.
