Marina Bay Sands is seeking an F&B Service Attendant for the Service Bars on the Gaming Floor. You will take orders, serve beverages, and operate the POS system as part of a dynamic hospitality team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of guest service experience, food hygiene certification, and the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays; you will push motorized trolleys and engage with guests to ensure high service standards.

F&B Service Attendant - Service Bars Gaming Floor# Careers## F&B Service Attendant - Service Bars Gaming FloorApply: Marina Bay Sands, Singapore: Full time: Posted Today: JR10008055**WE TAKE YOU ABOVE BEYOND**Take your passion to the next level and work alongside other masters of their craft to build a fulfilling and rewarding career at Marina Bay Sands.**Job Responsibilities*** Maintain complete knowledge of: + All menu items available in the bar + All liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections are available in the bar + All wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list + Designated glassware and garnishes for drinks + Out of stock items + Bar layout, station layout, hours of operation + Inputting of items in the Info Genesis system + Be aware of in-house group activities, locations and times + Proper maintenance and use of equipment + Proper Knowledge on operating motorized trolley procedure + All department policies / service procedures* Attend line-ups with other staff and review all information pertinent to the day’s Mass gaming operation.* Follow departments grooming and attire standard.* Communicate closely with Supervisors and bartenders to ensure quality service is achieved.* Perform work and side duties in accordance with departmental procedures.* Ensure to have full knowledge of L1 & B2M mass gaming floor plan including bar pantries.* Service attendants at SBGF are expected to push motorized complimentary beverage service trolley on the floor at designated area instructed by Supervisors.* Able to perform and maintain work safety while pushing an estimated 50kg motorized trolley.* To ensure motorized trolley is well maintained all time.* Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like lifting and carrying items relating to F&B and motorized trolley batteries up to 9kg.* Service attendants to accurately take food and drink orders and serve the orders timely.
