Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Follow Forbes Sequence of service to meet expectations.
• Deliver luxury service for à la carte, afternoon tea, and buffet operations.
• Assist preparation and setup in restaurants and ensure amenities/utensils are stocked and inspected.
• Assist guests on requests and communicate preferences to Captains or Manager on Duty.
