CITA RASA SELATAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Operations Management Coordinator to oversee daily sales activities and support the Sales Manager in a fast‑paced F&B environment.

You will monitor orders and inquiries, prepare reports, maintain records, and coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, purchasing, delivery, and accounts teams. The role involves following up on quotations, orders, payments, and invoices while supporting promotions, catering orders, events, and corporate sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and support the Sales Manager.
• Monitor sales orders, enquiries, bookings, and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and order records.
• Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, purchasing, delivery, and accounts teams.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and outstanding invoices.
• Assist in monitoring sales targets and team performance.
• Support promotions, catering orders, events, and corporate sales activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate the resolution of issues.
• Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts and business reports.
• Ensure sales documents and records are properly maintained.
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or management.
