Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Sales Executive (Business Development) to drive new business in the F&B sector in Singapore. You will identify opportunities, conduct prospecting activities, arrange meetings, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet KPIs.

Based in Singapore, this on-site role offers a monthly salary of SGD 2,200–2,800 with commission and performance incentives. Working days are 5.5 days per week, with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; Saturday, 8:00am–1:00pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Experience in business development, sales prospecting or customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B sector, including restaurants, caterers and wholesalers.
• Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calls and business visits.
• Arrange meetings with prospective customers.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and lead records.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Recommend products based on customer requirements.
• Meet individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
