Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in procurement, retail, or hospitality sales.
• Understanding of food safety and shelf-life management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Find and evaluate vendors for food ingredients, beverages, and equipment.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms to maximize value while maintaining quality.
• Monitor stock levels and manage perishable goods to prevent waste and ensure operations.
• Ensure all purchased items meet local health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Pitch F&B products, ingredients, or catering packages to cafes, restaurants, hotels, or individual customers.
• Prepare price quotes, sales contracts, and product samples or tastings for clients.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth delivery and billing.
• Track competitor pricing and new food service trends to spot sales opportunities.
