Job summary

HARRIANN'S PTE. LTD. is hiring a Service Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team across multiple outlets in Singapore.

You will supervise and coordinate service staff, take orders in POS, prepare beverages, serve customers and maintain a friendly, efficient service standard. You will also train and mentor staff, assist the Operations Manager with scheduling, monitor inventory and ensure health and safety compliance while working closely with the outlet and management team to deliver seamless

• Train, mentor and evaluate staff to uphold service standards.
• Assist Operations Manager with rostering and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory and ensure supplies for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to ensure efficient and courteous service
• Take orders in POS system, prepare beverages, serve customers and clear tables
• Ensure all customers receive prompt and friendly service
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly
• Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to maintain high service standards
• Assist OM in scheduling and rostering of service staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with the outlet and management team for seamless operations

Job Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to ensure efficient and courteous service

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with the outlet & management team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry
• Responsible, customer-driven, committed and willing to learn
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
