Buddy Hoagies Pte. Ltd. is expanding and seeking a supervisory role in our Singapore outlets. You will oversee dining stations, lead a team, and ensure top-tier customer service. Training junior staff and enforcing workplace standards are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in F&B, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Possess high standard of customer service and willingness to learn.

• Proficient in all dining stations.
• Cooperative and displays good teamwork
• Able to guide and conduct training effectively for junior colleagues
• Enforces Company Rules and Workplace Discipline
