• Oversee and manage daily operations across production, retail, and event activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement staff schedules while supervising training and performance to uphold high service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to ensure adequate supply and minimize wastage.
• Control operational costs and implement strategies to improve overall profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute event participation, including logistics and on-site operations.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining product quality and addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support business growth through continuous operational enhancements.
