Job summary

Hilton Singapore seeks a Food & Beverage Executive to deliver efficient, professional service of food and beverages within the restaurant, ensuring budgeted profit through tight cost and stock control. You will supervise team members, uphold Hilton standards, promote services, and coordinate with Chefs to meet guests’ needs.

You will actively manage reservations, lead shift briefings, train staff, and ensure all outlets operate safely and to standard.

• Maintain high customer service focus with guests in mind.
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues to resolve issues.
• Promote Hilton services and facilities to guests and suppliers.
• Ensure all restaurant areas and staff are prepared for breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
• Monitor reservations and ensure tables are ready, handling large bookings by phone.
• Coach team members on product knowledge and service standards.
• Brief staff for each shift and review handovers.
• Assist bartenders and kitchen teams as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them to service.
• Check and uphold hygiene and safety procedures.
