Job summary

KOPIFELLAS GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee food and beverage preparation, service, and daily outlet performance in Singapore.

You will lead a team, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive sales through promotions and excellent service. Responsibilities include supervising cashiering, stock-taking, licensing compliance, end-of-day reporting, and fostering a vibrant work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage operations and service excellence.
• Ability to train and empower staff to promote menu items and promotions.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the preparation and serving of food, toast, and beverages in line with SOPs and health standards.
• Lead by example with exceptional customer service.
• Streamline order taking via POS systems for efficient service delivery.
• Train staff to proactively recommend menu items and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide feedback to management for improvement.
• Provide supervision of daily operations including cashiering, opening/closing, and stock-takes.
• Coordinate with internal team for inventory levels and timely orders.
• Ensure necessary licenses and posters are displayed or renewed.
• Prepare end-of-day reports including sales summaries and petty cash usage.
• Conduct outlet inspections to monitor performance and compliance.
• Foster a positive work environment and staff development to promote retention.
• Address POS-related issues and participate in meetings to meet sales targets and profitability.
