Job summary

ACQUA E FARINA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced F&B Executive to oversee and support daily restaurant operations in Singapore.

You will work closely with management and the team to ensure smooth service, consistent standards and high customer satisfaction while maintaining cost control. The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality or related field, at least 3 years of F&B experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Management or related discipline.
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in F&B or restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards and food safety.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise a multicultural team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in restaurant management or Italian/European cuisine operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B and restaurant operations.
• Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
• Supervise and guide restaurant staff during daily operations.
• Monitor food quality, service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training and manpower planning.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, stock usage and wastage.
• Assist with F&B cost control and operational budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Support management in developing and improving restaurant procedures and service standards.
