Job summary

ebb & flow pte. ltd. in Singapore invites an experienced Learning & Development Assistant Manager to lead group training initiatives. You will design programmes, collaborate with Operations, HR and management to meet staffing needs, and drive onboarding across outlets.

You will develop materials, assess training effectiveness, and support leadership development to build a strong internal talent pipeline. A dynamic, fast-paced hospitality group awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or related role.
• Experience designing, coordinating and delivering training programmes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with engaging delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and development programmes aligned with business objectives and needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires across the group.
• Plan and deliver training covering service standards, product knowledge, leadership, soft skills.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, presentations, guides and other resources.
• Track training effectiveness and maintain accurate records and compliance.
