Job summary

Nuri Management Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused F&B service professional for Singapore. You will greet guests, take and relay accurate orders, and serve meals and drinks with efficiency and care.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will upsell items, handle cashiering duties, maintain hygiene, and support basic food prep while adapting to shift schedules including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage or related field.
• Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and pleasant personality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly with customers.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome customers upon arrival.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
• Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Handle cashiering duties, including billing and payment processing.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
• Assist with basic food preparation when required.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
• Replenish and stock supplies as needed.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards and procedures.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Education
