is seeking an energetic EVENT & PARTNERSHIP MANAGER (F&B) to drive private events, corporate bookings and full venue takeovers at Leila. You will build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, brands and private customers, closing deals and expanding the business. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to post-event follow-up, work closely with operations for a seamless experience, and push for repeat business and referrals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, events, venue sales or corporate sales.
• Proven track record in closing event, corporate or private function deals.
• Strong network within corporate events, hospitality, lifestyle or private functions will be an advantage.
• Confident communicator with negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow private events, corporate bookings, celebrations and full venue takeovers for Leila.
• Develop new business through corporate clients, event planners, agencies, brands and existing network.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, closing and post-event follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Create event proposals, quotations, packages and customised arrangements based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams to ensure a seamless event from planning to execution.
• Identify new partnership opportunities contributing to Leila’s revenue growth.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, enquiry records, bookings and follow-ups.
