Job summary

The Club at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks an F&B Captain to lead service excellence in a premium dining setting. You will escort guests, set up tables, and ensure equipment is properly handled while maintaining a courteous, guest-first attitude.

You will supervise servers, manage reservations and communications, and support the Assistant Manager in achieving department KPIs. Availability across shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year at supervisory level.
• Food Safety certification and leadership training are required.
• Willing to work mornings, afternoons and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, excellent service to all Guests by escorting them to their seats.
• Assist staff with preparation, table setup and proper handling of equipment.
• Maintain a pleasing and helpful attitude towards Guests at all times.
• Handle telephone messages and reservations professionally.
• Direct Guests to their table and scatter guests evenly at stations.
• Address concerns and questions from customers promptly.
• Supervise servers to ensure high quality service.
• Support Assistant Manager and Department in achieving goals and KPIs.
