Job summary

Kopifellas is hiring an Outlet Assistant to join our growing family in Singapore. You will provide friendly guest service, assist with cashiering and order taking, and help prepare food and beverages in a fast-paced outlet environment.

Training will be provided, and local residents and eligible pass holders are welcome to apply. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and delivering quality service to customers in a vibrant local-food and coffee setting.

What You’ll do as an Outlet Assistant 做为我们店的助理，要职责：

• Extend good customer service to customers为顾客提供优质的客户服务
• Assist in operations such as cashiering, taking orders, serving food and drinks to customers协助收银、点餐、为顾客提供餐饮服务等
• Preparation of food, toast and beverage in compliance with health and safety standards按照卫生安全标准准备食物、吐司和饮料
• General housekeeping of outlet保持店 日常清洁
• Able to adapt to high-temperature working environment 能够适应高温工作环境
