Job summary

PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia’s leading PropTech company, is seeking an External Communications Specialist in Singapore. You will manage consumer communications and corporate messaging across the Group, partnering with a PR agency and internal teams to craft compelling stories, secure media coverage, and protect the corporate reputation.

You will work with senior leaders, coordinate spokesperson preparation, and oversee agency delivery, reporting, and crisis response as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consumer and corporate communications.
• Excellent writing and editorial judgement.
• Ability to work with senior executives and spokespeople.
• Experience managing PR agencies and budgets.
• Strong media relations across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead Singapore consumer campaigns, product launches, and insights; develop stories with marketing and PR agency; secure media coverage.
• Identify and secure thought leadership opportunities for PropertyGuru and its leaders; align with business priorities.
• Manage day-to-day media enquiries and relationships; draft materials; coordinate spokesperson prep.
• Manage PR agency delivery, briefs, content, outreach, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate content updates for corporate website, newsroom and LinkedIn; work with internal teams.
• Oversee media monitoring and reporting; identify developments and opportunities.

You will work to agreed priorities, with delivery support from a PR agency that you will manage day to day.
