Responsibilities

Assess building conditions to identify defects before painting
Develop flexible schedules accounting for weather disruptions and noise-restricted hours
Plan logistical phasing to progress works in occupied buildings
Serve as liaison between property management, owners, and residents/tenants
Issue advance notices regarding window closures, scaffolding, and high-noise activities
Resolve resident complaints regarding dust, overspray, privacy or property damage
Source materials such as primers, waterproofing compounds, and paint coatings
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors for scaffolding and gondola operations
Verify material warranties with manufacturers for durability
Enforce safety protocols for Working at Heights including scaffolding and rope access
Inspect surface preparation to ensure paint adhesion
Conduct final site walkthroughs for paint quality and cleanup
