Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Project Manager to join the dynamic project management team shaping public housing in Singapore. You will drive stakeholder engagement, develop and implement project strategies, and provide clear reporting across all construction phases to keep projects progressing.

The role requires knowledge in architecture, civil or structural engineering, and strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level engineering degree required or equivalent.
• PEB registration advantageous for civil/structural work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction master programme and keep on schedule.
• Track milestones, deliverables and overall progress.
• Coordinate readiness and approval of sample units.
• Oversee M&E works, architectural finishes, lifts and building services.
• Track regulatory clearances and support TOP/CSC applications.
• Coordinate pre-completion checks and handover preparations.
• Provide construction input during planning to manage timelines.
