Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Warehouse Operator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, verify quality, and ensure accurate labeling and packing.

You will collaborate with logistics partners to maintain on-time delivery and accurate stock records. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, can operate forklifts, and is proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant and warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Pick, prepare, pack, and label materials according to production and shipping requirements.
• Record, monitor, and manage defective materials and products.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and consumables to support daily operations.
• Coordinate with transport providers to ensure smooth shipping and delivery activities.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies or shortages.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and uphold workplace safety standards.
