Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer/Executive (Export) to handle flight details, export documentation, permits, and customer updates.

The role follows a Mon-Fri schedule with optional Saturday shifts, requiring coordination with Ops, Warehouse, Traffic and Planning teams to maintain SLA compliance. Experience with CargoWise ERP is required; you will monitor status, address anomalies, and prepare monthly customer reports while staying informed

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within logistics/export is preferred.
• Familiar with export documentation and airline requirements.
• Proficient in CargoWise ERP and related tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend calls and provide flight details to customers on booking within the SLA.
• Check export documents for compliance and verify airfreight rates.
• Process export permits and related documents promptly.
• Monitor shipment status and inform customers of any issues.
• Coordinate with Ops, Warehouse, Traffic and Planning to resolve concerns.
• Update changes required by airlines or government regulations.
• Submit monthly customer reports.
• Utilize CargoWise ERP for export operations.
