Job summary

Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia is seeking a talented UI Designer to create intuitive, scalable interfaces for large-scale digital platforms, including super apps and multi-service ecosystems.

You will translate business requirements into polished UI designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to design reviews, usability testing, and iterative improvements. A strong portfolio and experience with design systems are essential.

As part of Customer Strategy & Design (CS&D), you will work with team to help our clients with their Brand Experiences, Products and Services, Innovation Strategies, Digital Venturing and Customer Experiences, bridging Business and Customer strategies by design. We help clients connect People, Product, Purpose and Profit through the use of strategy, design and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually engaging, and scalable user interfaces for large-scale digital platforms, including super apps, mobile applications, and complex web ecosystems.
• Translate business requirements, user insights, and UX wireframes into high-quality UI designs, interactive prototypes, and production-ready design specifications.
• Apply design system principles, reusable components, and visual standards to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across multiple features and digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver seamless digital experiences aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Contribute to design reviews, usability testing, and iterative improvements to enhance usability, visual quality, and overall customer experience.
• Support end-to-end design delivery, including developer handover, design QA, and refinement of implemented interfaces to ensure design fidelity.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in UI design for digital products, preferably within digital consulting, product design, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience designing large-scale digital properties, such as super apps, multi-service platforms, digital banking applications, or complex consumer-facing ecosystems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence, responsive interfaces, interaction design, and the ability to manage complex user journeys and multiple product features.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems, component libraries, prototyping, and developer handover.
• Good understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design principles, and platform-specific UI guidelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, design, and technology teams.
