You will lead and collaborate across projects, applying research and design methods to shape strategy and tangible outcomes.

You will mentor teammates, extend expertise, and advocate design excellence within Thoughtworks and the broader community, including talks and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end experience design across web and mobile products.
• Ability to lead research activities including contextual inquiry and user testing.
• Proven skill in shaping design strategies and communicating outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Play a lead role in design of technology projects and digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems.
• Facilitate workshops and set design direction at portfolio level.
