Job summary

CYGNIFY PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced Design Manager - Experience to shape end-to-end experiences across intelligent and connected products, spanning physical product, HMI, digital interfaces, mobile apps, onboarding and ecosystems. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, technology and product, defining requirements and translating complex tech into intuitive, premium user experiences across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end product or experience design.
• Portfolio showing premium consumer products or technology-led experiences.
• Experience across multiple touchpoints beyond isolated interfaces.
• Strong understanding of digital product design and UX with ability to work with software and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define experiences across the app and connected product ecosystem.
• Shape user journeys, behaviours and interactions across everyday use cases.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering and Product teams to translate vision into requirements.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and move from future vision to detailed experience requirements.
