Plaud Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Research Lead who will partner with executives to map competitive markets and build leadership pipelines across AI, hardware, and software.

You will craft hyper-personalized outreach strategies and generate market intelligence to guide executive hiring decisions. In a fast-growing, globally distributed environment, you will maintain pipeline health, leverage OSINT and AI sourcing tools, and work directly with founders and hiring managers to secure top

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of talent research or executive sourcing experience in tech or agencies.
• Proven track record mapping markets and identifying C-suite, VP, and Director-level talent across AI, SaaS, hardware, or consumer electronics.
• Deep research domain knowledge with LinkedIn Recruiter, OSINT, and modern AI sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Founders to map markets and build leadership pipelines across AI, hardware, software, and commercial functions.
• Use Boolean search, OSINT, and industry mapping to identify passive VP, Director, and C-level candidates.
• Craft hyper-personalized outreach strategies to articulate Plaud’s value proposition and convert candidates.
• Generate data-driven market intelligence reports, compensation benchmarks, and talent map insights to guide hiring decisions.
• Maintain pipeline health and database integrity across ATS/CRM systems.
