James Cook University Singapore Campus seeks an Executive Student Ambassador to support students during their transition and ensure a seamless experience across campus services.

You will be the frontline contact for a group of students, coordinating with multiple departments and external partners to deliver exceptional service and timely payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of students, guiding and supporting them through their academic journey.
• Collaborate with Finance & Purchasing, Learning Centre, Admissions, Academic Services & Progressions, Student Recruitment, Estate Management, ICT, and Attendance Monitoring to enhance the student experience.
• Coordinate and follow up to ensure a seamless student experience and high-quality service delivery.
• Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders as required.
• Receive, process, and reconcile student payments according to established procedures.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Student Ambassador, with a passion for supporting students throughout their transition and helping to create a seamless experience during their period of study in our institution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of students, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey and assisting with both administrative and non-administrative matters at JCU Singapore.
• Collaborate closely with key departments that influence the student experience, including Finance & Purchasing, Learning Centre, Admissions, Academic Services & Progressions, Student Recruitment, Estate Management, Information, Communication & Technology (ICT), and Attendance Monitoring.
• Ensure timely coordination and efficient follow-up to facilitate a seamless student experience and service delivery.
• Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders as required.
• Receive, process, and reconcile student payments in accordance with established procedures.

REQUIRMENTS

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Adaptable, responsive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining a professional, proactive, and positive approach to work.
