Job summary

Dallas MBS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring top quality and cost controls across multiple outlets. You will lead a multinational team, develop menus, and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on stock and pricing.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar position, strong Western cuisine knowledge, and a proactive leadership approach to drive profitability and excellence in service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of Western Cuisine.
• Fast Food and Casual Dining experience is an advantage.
• Proactive and visionary leadership.
• Able to lead a multi-national team.
• Experienced in menu and recipe development.
• Good understanding of cost and inventory control management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs all aspects of the kitchen operation.
• Interacts with customers, suppliers, officials and community.
• Coordinates functions with Outlet Manager and staff.
• Manages multiple outlets.
• Supervises kitchen employees, facilities and costs for profitability.
• Responsible for preparation and presentation of all food items.
• Leads menu development in consultation with Director.
• Ensures market lists, perishable inspection and weekly meetings.
