Job summary

NUHS is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to support population health services research and evaluation projects within the Population Health & Community Care office in Singapore. You will work closely with project leads and stakeholders to contribute to strategic healthcare planning and outcome measurements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in data/health analytics and the ability to perform quantitative analyses using R, STATA, or Python, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive to join our Population Health & Community Care office at NUHS. You will support population health services research and evaluation projects, working closely with project leads and stakeholders to contribute to strategic healthcare planning and outcome measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the administration and coordination of health services research projects
• Assist in research activities including participant recruitment, data collection, and basic analysis
• Assist in coordinating meetings and managing project timelines
• Support the preparation of reports, manuscripts and presentations
• Assist in developing evaluation frameworks, logic models, and theories of change
• Help prepare ethics applications, regulatory documents, and research materials
• Maintain research documentation and ensure compliance with institutional regulations
• Support the organization of research workshops and seminars
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a health-related discipline
