MICROSOFT REGIONAL SALES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Principal Security Specialist in Singapore to lead security strategy for strategic accounts, align security solutions with business goals, and drive executive-level risk conversations.

You will shape thought leadership, influence AI and digital transformation security, and win complex pursuits with credibility across stakeholders. You will operate within a high-growth sales environment, coaching teams, partnering with DSS and broader MS security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years of tech-related sales or account management, or 9+ years with fewer requirements.
MBA or related field preferred; additional years of sales experience considered.
6+ years of solution or services sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate executive presence and deep cybersecurity expertise, translating tech to business risk.
Lead strategic engagements with high-risk customers and craft security strategies.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners to align security solutions to priorities.
Drive competitive positioning and assist with top-deal pursuits to grow market share.
Provide coaching and enablement to field teams on security trends and plays.
Oversee cross-functional orchestration to accelerate secure deployments and value delivery.
