You will coach talent, drive execution, orchestrate cross-functional partners, and ensure Windows remains the foundation for secure, AI‑driven work while delivering measurable business impact across priority accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business or related field plus 6+ years in enterprise tech, consultative selling, or transformation roles.
MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred for senior leadership track.
5+ years of people management experience leading direct reports.
Proven ability to engage CIO/CTO/CISO and other executives and translate technology into business value.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Windows Specialists, setting goals, rhythms, role clarity, and accountability.
Hire, onboard, coach, and develop employees in consultative selling and Windows strategy.
Drive execution on Windows adoption, defense, revenue growth, and lighthouse wins.
Coach executives and guide customer engagements through discovery, value realization, and stakeholder alignment.
Orchestrate cross-functional partners to remove blockers and scale repeatable motions.
Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture grounded in growth mindset and accountability.
Manage performance, talent, and succession planning to strengthen capability over time.
