Schroders in Singapore is seeking a capable Secretary to provide secretarial support to our investment teams. You will manage scheduling, travel arrangements, expenses, and correspondence, and handle visitors and events with a high degree of professionalism.
You will work autonomously, meet deadlines, and coordinate with senior executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools is essential to keep confidential information organized and accessible.
We are looking for a competent Secretary to provide secretarial support to our investment teams based in Singapore. You will provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, submit claims and expenses, corresponding with internal and external parties, handling of visitors, coordinating events and attending to other ad-hoc requests.
You must be quick to action with great time-management and multi-tasking abilities. You will work with a strong degree of autonomy. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
