The candidate should have a degree or diploma with 5+ years in an Operations Control Room, be willing to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and be able to identify colours and operate control systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with 5+ years' experience in an Operations Control Room environment.
• Willingness to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to identify colours and operate computer-based control systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure punctual train services and adjust operations to meet customer needs.
• Report and address equipment faults, coordinating for quick recovery.
• Manage track access and possessions per rules during traffic/non-traffic hours.
• Mentor and train new staff in the Operations Control Centre.
• Perform other duties as directed by superiors.
