Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a senior Quality Manager to establish and maintain a robust quality system ensuring airworthiness and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a degree in engineering or quality management with 10+ years of experience, strong leadership, and expertise in ISO 9001/AS9110, SAR145/FAR145/EASA145, and Safety Management Systems. Onsite position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering / Quality Management / Aeronautical, and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9110 quality management systems standards.
• Familiarity with Civil Aviation Regulations such as SAR145, FAR145, EASA145 & CCAR145.
• Experience with Safety Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish an independent quality system to monitor compliance with Civil Aviation Authority requirements.
• Implement a quality audit program reviewing maintenance procedures.
• Report to the Accountable Manager on quality system matters and discrepancies.
• Lead corrective actions to remedy deficiencies in the organization.
• Assess subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality standards.
