Job summary

DONNA SPA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Personal Assistant / Driver to support the Director with daily administrative tasks and transportation arrangements. Fresh graduates are welcome, and on‑the‑job training will be provided.

You will manage schedules, prepare documents, coordinate meetings and travel, and assist with basic data entry and filing. A valid Class 3 driving licence and a proactive, discreet, and organized approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with no working experience are welcome.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Confidentiality and discretion required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual transportation for the Director and authorised personnel.
• Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle basic email correspondence and follow up on tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain filing and organisation of documents (physical and electronic).
• Assist with data entry, simple research, and general administrative duties.
• Run errands and ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
