Job summary

Ren Ci Hospital in Singapore is seeking a diligent operations professional to assist the Operations Manager in delivering high-quality services for the Nursing Home and Senior Care Centre. You will help plan, control, and monitor activities to ensure efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with facility management and external vendors, maintaining SOPs, scheduling preventive maintenance, tracking equipment servicing, and supporting safety dashboards

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business or Engineering or Estate/Facility/Building Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare/ILTC operations (preferred) or estate/facility/building management or hotel management.
• SIC/FSM/Food Hygiene Officer Level 3 (Audit) certification will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Power Point and Excel.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

• Assist the Operations Manager in managing the provision of operations services in the Nursing Home (NH) and Senior Care Centre (SCC).
• Assist in planning and controlling all activities pertaining to the effective management of operations services.
• Conduct routine inspections of operations services to ensure compliance with requirements, contracts, standards and government regulations.
• Collaborate with Operations & Facility Management and Materials Management Department to manage external vendors in accordance with contractual agreements.
• Establish and improve work processes and standard operating procedures related to the operations services.
• Plan and control all activities pertaining to building maintenance and management.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules for all building facilities and ensure maintenance are carried out on time.
• Track and monitor biomedical equipment servicing, ensuring that servicing is carried out according to the Biomedical Equipment Master schedule.
• Assist in executing the facility's plans for workplace and fire safety.
• Assist in the preparation of management dashboard, reports, statistics, and data analysis.
• Responsible for staying up-to-date with key threats (eg. Phishing etc) related to cybersecurity.
