Job summary

HERITAGE SOHO PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive Supervisor Housekeeper to oversee nightly cleaning and ensure rooms meet Brand standards. You will inspect rooms, coordinate with teams, and address maintenance or guest requests.

This role requires a Diploma and hospitality experience; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays; and physical fitness to move between buildings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Previous hotel housekeeping/night duty experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and industry standards.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Stocktake: perform room cleaning and inspections; report damaged items; assist with night guest requests; conduct linen counts.
• Inspection and Maintenance: conduct routine inspections of vacant rooms and facilities; document issues; coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Ad Hoc Duties: follow SOPs, assist guests with keycards or mobile key; respond to emergencies per procedures.
• Communication and Collaboration: relay information to day shift; collaborate on inventory and status of rooms.
• Physical fitness: able to move between buildings at night and be on the go to attend guest requests.
